WORKSHOP CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds for workshop or POP IN session registrations. Date changes are only possible in the case of a medical emergency with proper documentation.

About our policy:
Our workshops require extensive preparation, including ordering materials and tools, as well as committing to pay our instructors. When participants cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we incur losses. As a small organization, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our workshop prices affordable.

Out of fairness and respect for all participants, we cannot make exceptions to this policy except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, we suggest gifting or transferring your spot to a friend.
